Unfortunately they had to reschedule due to circumstances beyond their control. They tried to reschedule us ASAP. It was just bad timing for me. We had to have help moving our furniture so we had to wait until the carpet was cleaned to put it back. Two young men came out. One seemed quiet and shy. The other who did most of the work was very personable and efficient. Overall I am very pleased with my experience. Sabrina from the office was very apologetic and friendly. I would recommend them and probably use them again.

They turned the disgusting carpets in a home I just bought into carpets I’m not afraid to walk on! Can’t believe it! Definitely glad I listened and got the stain treatment! Makes all the difference!
