Kyle did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He was kind and very respectful. Aside from having to pay very very much more money than expected, over $200 more, I will see once it dries. It puts you in a situation after all the preparing needed to get things off the carpet so that part I had no choice. It also should be known that they measure each room and do not take into consideration that furniture takes up alot of those measurements and are not cleaned.

I am recommending Jonathan 5 stars from CleanX for his honesty, due diligence and customer service.
We had scheduled a cleaning service and when Jonathan arrived he inspected the vents and the unit and informed that our unit is clean and doesn't need servicing. He didn't want to charge us or pretend that the unit needs cleaning. To me that's the basis of building trust and extending great customer service.
CleanX Air Duct Cleaning will be my first choice the next time I think of HVAC cleaning.

Guys were my service technicians, they were both very friendly and professional. They showed up on time, called ahead before arriving, wore masks the entire time, and gave me information about upgraded services without being pushy. I definitely recommend.
