I was prepared what to do in case I hear an up charge pitch, basing from the reviews I read. Well Jonathan was very upfront, detailed and efficient. He told me how up charges occurs and since my system was well maintained, I only paid an additional $30 because I have 2 returns. In fact he said I don't have to have the ducts cleaned since it was still clean and I can use the voucher for future use, but decided to have it cleaned anyways. He did a good job that I can feel the difference. Regular vacuuming of my vents saved me.

Thanks guys!!! Incredibly happy with the professionalism and work that CleanX did. They were on time and very efficient. Also, they were incredibly friendly and gave us some pointers as well. They were able to navigate around our kitchen and living room and were careful with everything. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Love their service! Prompt replies to inquiries, convenient scheduling, on time for appointment. The workmen were courteous, explained services thoroughly, asked me to look over their work and billed quickly. They arrived at 9 and worked straight through until 11:30. I would definitely recommend them or use them again.

A crew of 2 showed up at my house right on time. They were all very respectful of me and my elderly dog, and worked like a great team to get my ducts, dryer vent, and furnace cleaned before I had to leave for work. They installed a UV light in my furnace, because we have both a cat and a dog and we suffer from allergies.
