We feel we aren't in it for a quick dollar. Taking pride in our work and leaving customers happy, is our main priority.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Having something that is ours and that we can control the final product. Previously being in this business, we saw many things we did not like and wanted to make changes for the better.
What do you love most about your job?
Providing a beautiful view out of your windows, to see this wonderful city in all it's glory.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
An elderly man wasn't in the best mood and critiqued us on a few minor details that weren't really part of the job. We fixed the issue that he had addressed, and he didn't seem to care afterwards. It was just one of those business/life lessons and now we try to go above and beyond regardless. :)
