Clearcreek Fitness Bootcamp
Amy Walsh, an energetic certified fitness instructor, leads boot-camp classes designed to help participants burn fat and build muscle rapidly while increasing strength and agility. With a constantly changing roster of exercises and activities that combine cardio and strength moves, Amy combats workout boredom in each group class, motivating and encouraging clients to push past their mental and physical boundaries for tangible results. Nutrition tips are offered during class, and Amy also offers personal training for a more customized workout.
