Q:

I would love to ask you a couple questions or call your office but today is the first day I have seen this deal, and it's a Sunday so I am sure there is no way to get a hold of you. Have you worked on people from Boeing? I believe their dental plans covers 50% of up to 2000.00 for orthodontics? Are you a network provider for Delta Dental? This is what my insurance says "To facilitate benefit payments, your orthodontist or you should submit the treatment plan to the service representative before treatment starts." I am interested in invisalign for straightening my teeth and broadening my arch. Do you believe it can do both of these? Thank you.

Q:

Dr Bob is the best!!! My mom, step dad and I are all invisalign patients of his and absolutely adore the man! This is an honest deal and quite the steal!!! I briefly worked for a 'prestigious' orthodontist specialist in the Seattle area who charges about $10,000+ for the SAME invisalign treatments (more if you asked a lot of questions or they didn't feel a strong connection to you at the consult)! They said they can do so because they are Elite invisalign providers, guess what... so is Dr. Bob! Any hesitation of such a big purchase, go in for a complimentary consult and let his knowledge and down to earth charm put you at ease!! :)

Q:

I'm in the military and they do not cover cosmetic surgerys, and thus braces or Invisalign would not be covered - does this deal apply even if I choose not to go through my insurance? Moreover, can the 3,000 dollars be finance over the period of the treatment?

Auzdon A.  asked on  Jan 19, 2013

A:

Please call our office at 425 765 1949 as we have payment plans available. The price is the same with or without insurance. We are happy to help folks who have dental insurance receive their benefit.

Have called the office a few times with no luck. Need to find out if my insurance is accepted before I buy. United Concordia. Thanks, Tammy (206)372-0844

A:

If your policy covers orthodontics and does not exclude you for age reasons (some limit it to age 18 or such) we can bill your insurance for you.

Q:

I am very interested in this deal! About 1 year ago I did the initial invisalign consultation with another dentist in the Seattle area. He stated that the treatment would work for my teeth, that it would take about 18mths. I did not want to spend $7000 though. I have recently moved to AK, but still visit Seattle every month or two though. After the initial visit, about how often would I need to make an office visit with you?

racheal l.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

Invisalign works great for travelers. We can plan your visits around your travel schedule in most cases. Normally, patients that live in the area see me every two to three months to check on their progress, make adjustments if needed, and get more of their appliances. We have had college students who we only see during school breaks, but we do not recommend that. We want to keep track of how you are doing to help minimize the time you actually need for treatment. Q:

Do cavities need to be filled before starting invisalign?

Sasha S.  asked on  Jan 15, 2013

A:

It is best to get your dental work done prior to starting invisalign because the dental fillings or crowns will change the shape of your teeth and the aligners used in treatment are based on their shape the day we take the molds. We will honor the coupon whenever you want to start treatment. The expiration date really just means we want you to call us and schedule a consultation prior to that date. That consult might be 6 months from now and treatment next year. We make it easy. Dr Bob

Q:

Is the cost $2999 include ALL dentist visits, such as the consultations before, during and after the treatment? What hidden fees should I be aware of? Thank you. Cece

Cece P.  asked on  Jan 14, 2013

A:

This includes all visits, x-rays, exams, consultations --everything. It is for complete treatment, regardless of the duration. There are two things you could pay in addition to this. If you fail to wear your appliances as directed and basically be an non-cooperative patient, you might have to pay additional, but that hasn't happened yet. You will need retainers at the end of treatment and there are options to consider when we get to that point. Referral of your friends or family to receive treatment will, however, get you $500 worth of retainers FOR FREE.

Q:

The last time I bought a treatment for invisalign it was for adults only (thankfully groupon refunded me). My 15 year old needs to get invisalign, do you take teens? By looking at the above answer I am assuming you do but I just want to verify before I purchase!

david l.  asked on  Jan 14, 2013

A:

Absolutely, David. Been doing teens for years. Hope to see you soon. Dr Bob
