Quicken Loans was not prepared for the high number of people there, which is off bc you would think that they knew how many Groupons were sold. They had 2 windows open for the Groupon users and the line was extremely long. I was in line for over 30 minutes and mussed tip off. Other people were coming in after the second period after getting their tickets. You would think the CAVS would have head better customer service.

About 2011 MAC Men's Basketball Semifinals

Since joining the NBA in 1970, the Cleveland Cavaliers have built up a passionate base of basketball fans throughout Ohio. The franchise has featured some of the most talented players of the 21st century, including a two-time NBA MVP and two Rookie of the Year-award winners. Prior to games, Cavaliers Fan Fests take place outside of the pavillion, featuring interactive games, appearances by mascots, and performances by the Cavaliers Scream Team hip hop troupe and Cavalier Girls dance team. Occasionally, the Cavs also host free private basketball clinics for local children in partnership with charitable organizations.
