Cleveland Cleaning Services misrepresents themselves, and Groupon needs to terminate their relationship with them. This company presents a strategic scheme of fraud, goes against the standards of Groupon, and is a misleading service company practicing within the State of Ohio. I am preparing to file a Local, State, and Federal Consumer complaint against this company and their practices.

I felt that overall this Groupon and service was a rip-off. The Groupon was for for chimney cleaning of up to 10 feet. Does ANYONE have a chimney that is less than 10 feet? That would mean it doesn't go higher than your roof on a one-story house. My house is two stories so I knew there would be an additional charge. I was told the additional was between $12 and $18 per foot. I asked why there was a spread and was told it was based on the condition. Then he said that mine would be $16 per foot. Apparently this was based on him looking at the exterior of the chimney while standing on the ground and my chimney is not in bad shape. The service detail said there would be a "full inspection". That was done by him looking up through the flue from inside the fireplace. He never went up to the top of the chimney. Their "cleaning" consisted of using a brush powered by a hand drill and collecting the dust with a shop vac. The process took about 20 minutes. Including the cost of the Groupon, my total cost was well over $200 - for a 20 minute cleaning. Again, I say that this company is ripping people off.

This company is terrible! The one guy “inspected” the air vents & told me I had 5 main lines & I would have to pay $1200 more. When I told him I was not paying that much he lowered the price. Upon his leaving I received a call from their office lowering the price again. Why would they not offer an honest price @ the start? They marked my coupon as redeemed 2 months later when no service was given.
