What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The Cleveland Velodrome offers exciting cycling action you won’t find anywhere else. Experienced riders who want to improve their skills can participate in higher-level programs. For newbies we offer expert instruction and bike rental. We also offer affordable classes for the entire family.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Three years ago a group of cycling enthusiasts came together and said, "Let's introduce the fun and excitement of velodrome track cycling to Northeast Ohio." To make it easy for newbies we offer a FREE introductory class -Track 101 - which is required for first time riders.

What do you love most about your job?
We love sharing the track with athletes and non-athletes. The Velodrome is a great workout and training facility. Many cyclists, runners and other competitive athletes include it in their training regime because it helps them build endurance, increase flexibility and strength. Others ride for fun.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We offer kids, beginner, intermediate and advanced cycling programs. After a recent Youth Track Night one dad emailed us the next day and said, “HE (my son) HAD A BLAST AND HAS NOT STOPPED TALKING ABOUT IT.” We get feedback like this all the time. People of all ages love riding our track.
