That means, that instead of running awkward one-on-one sessions or leaving clients to fend for themselves in group classes, they find a happy medium. Each member receives a custom program designed to help them hit their weight-loss and fitness goals, and begins training side-by-side with a group of other similarly-minded club members. During each session, a personal trainer will split their time between providing focused attention to individuals and leading fun group-based exercises.
Club Cappella's personalized approach blends the focused attention of personal training with the motivation and camaraderie of group fitness, but they're far from one-size fits all. A variety of specialized programs are also available and includes rehabilitation after injury, programs designed specifically for youth through seniors, and sports-specific training for athletes.
