Chef-owner Fabio Mota is a grad of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and thusly draws inspiration from throughout all of Europe. In fact, the most lauded dish from his menu is the award-winning tartare. The trio sampler, one of four tartare platters, presents beef filet, wild king salmon, and ahi tuna, accompanied by toast points and a whole deep-fried egg that Cleveland magazine said "makes the dish [Mota's] own". Scene was equally enamored with the dish, adding that, "Club Isabella sparkles in every way."
