Club Pilates Mission Valley, North Park, and Santee
Owner Katie Mann first invested in Club Pilates with the opening of the Mission Valley studio in 2012. With a degree in exercise science and 15 years experience in the fitness and Pilates industry, she oversees a team of certified instructors that teach group classes, which are designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the entire body. The staff leads students through controlled movements and breathing techniques performed on specialized Pilates machines, such as the Reformer. All three of Katie's San Diego-area studios offer a variety of props and accessories to fit the needs of clients at every experience level. To ensure each patron can craft a well-rounded workout regimen that suits his or her needs, the studios also offer child watch and group cycling rooms.
The location in North Park is great! Everyone is very friendly and they will push you to your own limits and not compare you to others in the class. It was my first time ever doing Pilates and I am now in love with it! I would recommend you try it. You will work muscles you didn't even know you had.

Great class! I love the layout of this studio and the instructors are very well informed. My only complaint is that the shoulder pads on the wooden reformers always hurt
