WHEN DOES MY PASS START? Your pass starts on the date of your first scheduled appointment, Not on the date you purchased the pass. You can schedule an unlimited number of sessions while your pass is active. Unused passes never expire.
We recommend when buying a 1-Day pass to purchase it a week or more before you are planning to use it to make sure there are plenty of therapies available to book on your 1-Day pass. All therapies are scheduled ahead of your visit to make sure that they are available when you arrive.
ARE THERE CERTAIN THERAPIES FOR SKIN? Yes, absolutely. Recharge offers over 20+ modalities that specifically help to improve your skin's appearance. Contact Recharge for a list of therapies.
WHAT IF A THERAPY IS DOWN? If you schedule an appointment for therapy and the day you arrive the therapy is undergoing maintenance, simply let the staff at the front desk know and they will give you a voucher to come back any day in the future.
