We constantly challenge and encourage our clients. Set goals and benchmarks and strive to achieve those goals and benchmarks. Motivational text and email communication, nutritional guidance, [we] hold our clients accountable [with] biweekly or monthly progress checks.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The opportunity to help others meet their fitness goals, but more importantly to build confidence in individuals by teaching them how to feel good about themselves.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others and the gratification of seeing clients accomplish and reach goals that they never thought [were] possible. The smile or amazement on the client’s face when they perform challenging exercises or movements that they thought they could never do and building that confidence in them.
