What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Coach Herb not only is degreed and certified, but also experienced having trained 1000s of people - athletes, competitors, to children, teens, post physical therapy and cardiac rehab. Herb customizes every plan based on body type, genetics, history and level. Nutrition consulting also included.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Results keep people motivated. Also becoming empowered. Coach Herb doesn't want 'robots' but informed clients who learn how their body works optimally so they can make the right choices for not only food, but exercises and cardiovascular as well. No 2 bodies are alike.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Growing up an overweight, asthmatic child made Herb sensitive to the issues most struggle with. Interning at a performing arts college where he dealt with performers who struggled with eating disorders solidified the understanding that food, in combination with smart training, plays a huge role.

What do you love most about your job?
Identifying the reasons that prohibited progress in the past. Creating a body that people say "I've never thought I could look like this!" or "I cut all my medications over half!" are just some of the reasons this is so rewarding. I just want people happy and proud of themselves!
