- $19 for five group nutrition-counseling sessions (a $100 value)
- $39 for five group nutrition-counseling sessions and five personal-training sessions (a $200 value)

Group nutrition classes of up to 25 people gather to learn more about healthy eating during one-hour nutrition sessions, which are held at 6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. Coach Ryan discusses what nutrition really is and what it means to eat well, and then sets everyone up with a food diary. As the weeks progress, he’ll help everyone analyze their food diaries and make changes accordingly—and a trip to the grocery store arms everyone with practical knowledge. The class is designed to help people determine their own, individual nutritional needs and to help them find the motivation to stay healthy. During personal-training sessions, Coach Ryan helps clients hone in on their individual goals even further with fun, challenging workouts.
