Friendly service. Didn't realize there would be a $20 a room charge for them to put down a treatment for pet stains. Was told carpets would probably take 2-3 hrs to dry, but it took over 24 hours to dry. Also, there was a discoloration on one of the carpets that didn't even lighten up! Other companies i had, the stain lifted, but just temporarily.

Very quick to return my call and set up an appointment...with availability within two days. Very friendly representative came to my house, efficient at completing the service. I have been doing yoga so have my face in my rug and the difference is VERY obvious! Great service and would plan to use them again!
