The cleaner I received was brand new she had no experience and No supplies. She had 2 1/2 hours to clean a not dirty 1475 sq ft condo. She did 1 bedroom 1bath and kitchen. She had no sense of urgency at all. She was young and inexperienced! I tipped her anyhow. I felt sorry for her cause she felt bad she didn’t finish. It’s not her fault it’s her employer! So Groupon customers don’t use this site because you will get the new person and won’t have a normal cleaning. I felt I should get another cleaning from this site! Since I had to finish her job plus mop and fix her spots that were not done or streaked. Not my plan for today!! Then I’m told she will be let go but I still have to use my Groupon!! The girl should have been put with a partner to be trained not fired…..So Stupid 😡

Had to ask her to come back and clean again and offered to pay double and she did come back next day but the job was not done , did not clean slidding glass doors and cleanned half the windows; moped floor with dirty mop leaving leaving streak when dried. Had to get another company to do the job. What a waste of money!
