The in-depth tour transports visitors to the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, Downtown, Little Italy, the suspension bridge, and Balboa Park. Then it heads across to Mission Bay and Pacific Beach, where tour-goers walk along the boardwalk before stopping for lunch at a spot overlooking the Pacific. Next, a freeway ride north ends at some of San Diego’s best surfing spots before groups cruise down the coastline to La Jolla. There, the tour explores sea caves, “seal beach,” and downtown La Jolla before returning to the Information Center.
Tours hold a maximum of seven people, minimum of four people required to run the tour. Pickup (at 9 a.m.) and drop-off are at your hotel or vacation rental.
