Hello, the aesthetician was perfectly on time, very pleasant and helpful. My mistake was not realizing a back facial would include attention on blackheads plus other direct skin issues. I had none. So, the time spent was greatly reduced. There was no misleading promise when I purchased the Groupon. The shop is fairly clean. The person who took care of me is leaving, to work in Maryland I think. Too far for me.

Hello , thank you for your review yes your correct 60 min is for people who need treatments your skin was perfectly fine so I tried my best to do the service I even added a longer massage. I’m so sorry about the shop unfortunately I can’t cont control the way the front room operates I was hired to work in my own separate room. And yes I have moved to Maryland working in my own shop. If my location is too far I’ll be glad to travel to you for a Mobile service for a discount due to the inconvenience. Thank you for your review :)
