I took the Pasta Making with Sando class and had such a great time! The group size was just right—not too big—so there was plenty of one-on-one interaction with the instructor. Sando was fantastic: knowledgeable, patient, and engaging. He guided us through making pasta dough from scratch and showed us step by step how to create beautiful, tasty noodles. The class was very interactive—participants helped make the sauce, dress the garlic bread, and get hands-on throughout the process. Overall, it was a super fun experience, and I’d definitely take another one of his classes. Highly recommend this one!
