It was a good class and Chef Gill Boyd did a great job of walking everyone through the process. One thing to note is that the sauce included is bolognese with no vegetarian alternative available. So, you will end up eating your gnocchi with the polenta, herbed butter and cheese instead. Not bad at all but just something to keep in mind by way of managing your expectations if you’re vegetarian.

Don’t expect any discount, my expectations were that I paid $91 for what was shown as a $120 value towards their class. When going to book the class I was told their pricing changed to $130, and in order to reserve I needed to pay the difference between $91 and $130. Why sell on Groupon if you charge the same price as your website? And now the same Groupon shows it’s $91 for $168 value. Scams!!
