$49 for One Month of Boot-Camp Classes ($179 Value)

Under the guidance of highly trained and accredited instructors, women of any fitness level undertake high-intensity exercises to reduce fat and improve their overall health. During each one-hour session three days a week, pink-shirt-clad students scale obstacle courses, grip heavy objects during strength training, torch calories by partaking in a variety of cardio exercises, and increase flexibility through yoga and Pilates stretches. Nutrition counselors school clients in healthy eating habits during private consultations and group seminars, and they lead students on grocery tours in addition to suggesting healthy recipes. Previous clients have boasted 3-inch waist-size reductions, 8% body-fat decreases, diminished jean sizes, and an unprecedented ability to talk to snakes about their shared slenderness. The staff requests that participating women bring a set of 5-pound dumbbells, an exercise mat, and comfortable clothing. View the class schedule here.

Code Pink Boot Camp

Fitness expert Christina Lucy founded Code Pink Boot Camp and has since expanded her fitness program into numerous locations throughout the western United States. Each of the trainers working for Code Pink claims extensive training and accredited certifications in the industry, and must undergo a strict audition to demonstrate their fitness prowess and knowledge of how many annual budgets each U.S. president could bench-press. With a schedule that includes several sessions throughout the weekday, the classes accommodate clients with varying schedules. During each session, instructors guide participants through high-intensity exercises that aim to incinerate fat, tone torsos, and improve overall well-being. The program caters to women of all ages and fitness levels and stresses safety, fun, and perseverance.

My favorite bootcamp by far, love the instructor!!

This is a great workout! I'm taking it in Ladera Ranch. The first day of class I had a hard.time finding the class since the specific location wasn't listed on.the website or registration information (it was listed as off of O'Neill, no address) so for new boot campers it's at Stoneybrooke School. Love this class though so it was well worth.the first day confusion! The instructor is great!
