Unlike summer camps, boot camps won't require you to put on a fund-raising talent show to stop a nefarious computer company from turning Lake Cowabunga into its new industrial-waste depository. Team up to fight unfitness with today's deal: for $69, you get four weeks of boot camp, with three sessions per week, at Code Pink Boot Camp (a $174 Value). Choose to attend workout sessions, which take place Monday–Friday, at any of its five Colorado locations. All sessions must be completed at the same location and within the same camp session, which are offered every five weeks.

Code Pink Boot Camps are designed to provide a fun fitness atmosphere that will inspire women to get and stay in their sveltest possible shape. Each session lasts one hour, and is conducted by encouraging, trained instructors committed to providing intense, safe workouts that are varied frequently to keep participants on the tips of their metatarsals. Code Pink's camps are for women only, meaning they are free from the cigar-smoking, bourbon-swilling men in three-piece suits who haunt many traditional fitness meccas, barking about the downfall of their gentlemen's clubs and bursting nasal capillaries at an alarming rate.

Inspiring instructors will welcome ladies of all ages and fitness levels into the gently enveloping fold. Each participant will be put through the paces of obstacle courses, cardio, strength training, abdominal exercises, and flexibility routines drawn from yoga, Pilates, claymation movies, and more. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and running shoes to your boot-camp sessions, and bring 5-pound dumbbell weights, an exercise mat, and plenty of water.

Customer Reviews

My favorite bootcamp by far, love the instructor!!
Lindsey B. · April 22, 2013
This is a great workout! I'm taking it in Ladera Ranch. The first day of class I had a hard.time finding the class since the specific location wasn't listed on.the website or registration information (it was listed as off of O'Neill, no address) so for new boot campers it's at Stoneybrooke School. Love this class though so it was well worth.the first day confusion! The instructor is great!
