What was the inspiration to start or run this business? In the cynical climate of our world we want to capture (and show) what we call "Everything lovely and good."

What do you love most about your job? It's hard to choose! I really enjoy the relationships that are created with each client and providing a service that will give tangible memories for generations to come.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Tears of happiness, lots of exclamation points, and happy return customers.
