Renovated and reopened under new management since 2012, Colley Cantina is still one of the best margarita spots in town. The tequila-based favorites are backed by a lineup of craft beers and specialty drinks such as mojitos and sangria and a menu inspired by Southern California and the Caribbean. Diners can enjoy margarita shrimp, mojo pork tacos, and sweet chili glazed tuna, all topped with a customized combination of mango, jalapeño, fresh salsa, and baja sauce. The equally diverse roster of drinks plays nice with the cantina's lively calendar of live music, with frequent open mics and Saturday-night jam sessions that give local bands a chance to show off their stuff.
