I scheduled my appointment 10 days ahead & it got rescheduled a few hours before my scheduled time to 2 days later. I showed up exactly on time but Jacqueline was with another customer so asked me to wait outside for 5 minutes. The 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes!! Also hair wash after coloring was the shabbiest job ever. There was water pouring down my face &, down my neck soaking my shirt!!
