Lisa was professional and helpful, asking about what I wanted and did not want, asking more questions when I was unclear before getting started. She was straightforward and meticulous, working in lots of layers for my fine but abundant hair .

Lisa did an amazing job with my Keratin treatment. Highly recommend if you have frizzy or curling hair especially before the summer heat! She is also very kind and the stupid is super cute.
