Q:

Unrelated: How much do you charge to clean the engine compartment for a Saturn Sky? And how do you clean it? Steam, etc.? Didn't see it on the website. Thanks!

A:

It STARTS at $30 depending on size of vehicle and condition of the engine. Our process for cleaning is to power wash the engine with hot water up to 180degrees. Also, it is degreased. Please feel free to call with any further questions or stop by for an estimate. (502)493-5522

Q:

I have a black Altima, and on one side you can see circular marks where it looks like the previous owner used a buffer. Do you have a process that will remove these marks? If so, what is the additional cost?

A:

The best thing to do would be to buy the Groupon that includes the Basic Detailng and upgrade the exterior of the vehicle. That will also involve machine buff and polish that will remove the swirls. We also specialize in black paint to ensure the swirls won't appear. The additional cost would be an estimated upgrade of $80. Can you wait for the vehicle as a drop-off is not an option for some.

Our detailing does take at least half a day to ensure quality work. You are welcome to wait of course, but it could take 4-5 hours, so it is not suggested. We offer After-Hour Pick-up and Drop-Off as well to help with work schedules. We want to accomidate our customers as much as possible, so feel free to call us.

Q:

The initial description indicates carpet shampoo, but under the options description, it lists vacuum carpet and shampoo floor mats? I am not sure which applies with the promotion. Thanks, Lisa

Yes, we apologize, there was a little miscommunication. The carpets and floormats are shampooed along with the seats if they are cloth.

Do you come to our home or place of employment to do the detailing? I don't work or live anywhere near your office.

A:

No, we're not a mobile service. We request that the vehicle be brought to our body shop the morning of the detailing between 8 and 9am, or it can be dropped off over night using our Drop Box. Also, we do not have valet service, so a ride will need to be arranged in advance.

What is the price for my car(lexus) to be detailed which includes the waxing? It is a regular vehicle(not suv)Thanks

A:

Well you can purchase the Groupon for our Basic Detailing which does include a wax, the price for the car is $45. Paying full retail though, depending on the codition of the vehicle, for an Ultimate Detailnig it starts off that $200, or if you just wanted a Basic, it would be around $100 - $150.
