What You'll Get
Humans often relax by communing with nature: gliding down ziplines, paddling down rivers, and eating berries indiscriminately. Get your fill of nature with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $49 for a zipline tour for one (an $89 value)
- $98 for a zipline tour for two (a $178 value)
- $196 for a zipline tour for four (a $356 value)
During the Clear Creek Zip Trip, guides help riders strap into a helmet, a zipline harness, and gloves before launching them safely from a platform 65 feet above the ground. Gliding across five different cables stretching over pine-forest treetops—a total distance of more than 3,000 feet—they cross over Clear Creek three times, catching glimpses of rafters paddling furiously through the water's rapids.
Each participant receives a trip down the ziplines and complimentary round-trip transportation between the course and the Idaho Springs office. This deal does not cover the required 8% fee for land use ($6.32/person).

About Colorado Adventure Center
Visitors to Colorado Adventure Center explore much of its terrain suspended above the pine trees—specifically, hanging from eight ziplines that span almost a mile and reach heights of up to 65 feet and speeds up to 40 miles per hour. Harnessed up into a pulley system, riders glide over Clear Creek as it glimmers in the sunlight or, at nighttime, in the bright beams of their headlamps.
Clear Creek’s waters are also the setting for rafting and kayaking expeditions, during which guides lead paddlers down the rapids of the Arkansas and Colorado Rivers during outings and spring break trips. Back up in the air, adventurers can traverse across three differently leveled routes featuring more than 55 obstacles, elements, and ziplines on the mining-themed Colorado Sky Trek. During spring months, zipliners can soar through newly blooming trees and flowers for a scenic treetop adventure.
