The train ride travels on a loop a little over 1/3 of a mile long around the museum property. The ride itself lasts about 15-20 minutes.

We offer train rides on most Saturdays, and on a few Fridays and Sundays throughout the year. Admission without train rides is available most days for $10 per adult, $8 for seniors (60+), $5 for kids 2 thru 15 (under 24 months are free). We also offer a Family Pass for $20 (up to two adults and up to five kids under 16). During Special Events and Ride the Rails Saturdays (does not include Day Out With Thomas event dates) admission includes rides and is available for $15 per adult, $10 seniors (60+), $5 for kids 2-15 (under two is free). This Groupon offer is for a Family admission pass and includes admission for up to two adults and up to five children, ages 2 through 15 (under 24 months is free). The $10 offer is valid for admission Monday through Friday. Rides do not operate on these days.
