Boot camps are a quick way to get in shape for upcoming marathons or adrenaline-pumping prison escapes. Jump the fence with today’s Groupon: for $40, you get five weeks of boot camp and a nutritional plan at Colorado Springs Fit Body Boot Camp on Templeton Gap Road (a $247 value).
Fit Body's boot camps combine cardio drills, weight training, stomach-toning exercises, and fun, blasting calories, sculpting muscles, and inspiring fitness-seekers to start a healthy lifestyle. Over the course of a one-hour session, you'll run, jump, lift weights, slam out pushups, chase chickens, punch slabs of beef, and end with a live crocodile-wrestle. In the heat of your workout, you'll sweat out weakness, fear, and monosodium glutamate while beginning to gain the functional, unsurpassed strength of a body in fluid, powerful motion. Drawing from more than 12 years of Army experience, owner Nathan Cragg knows how to keep people motivated as they run, crawl, and lunge toward health and high-definition muscles. Your Groupon also includes the Fit Body Jump Start nutritional plan, which teaches students dietary guidelines that will complement their vigorous workouts.
At Fit Body Boot Camp, all equipment is included; participants only need to bring a water bottle and a nonflammable bag to carry the ashes of burnt calories. Classes are offered from Monday to Friday every week. Call ahead to make reservations, because space is limited.
Only new clients may use this Groupon, and participants must fill out a physical questionnaire to determine their eligibility.
