I loved the service that I received today at Smile Saver. Yesenia, the Receptionist, Cindy, Dr. Jay and all the staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. This was my first visit and I will be returning for more services šš¤š„³šš½

Same as another post. Over 2 hours wait, ignored, no cleaning, lied and just polished. Said teeth look great. The. Another person comes in says I need a deep cleaning. Which is it? Also I need to replace a filling that's only 3 years old. A āsmall crack.ā Is anyone there licensed?? GROUPON no more. This place is a scam.

SCAM OFFICE BEWARE!
Purchased a groupon for a teeth cleaning and Xrays. I was told by the dentist I have one cavity that needs to be filled. When the nurse came in, she said she was going to āpolishā my teeth. I said I paid for a teeth cleaning, and she told me it was the same thing. When I was leaving, they told me I could make an appointment to fill my cavity for $150. I asked if she could check if my medi-cal insurance was valid to cover the cavity and she checked said yes, but my insurance was assigned to another office. I went to that office and they re-did my xrays. They found I had no cavity in the spot this office said I did. Not only that, but they said I need a teeth cleaning. When I stated that I just got one the week prior, the dentist said they couldnāt tell whatsoever and I have plaque build up. So this office tried to scam me by saying I had a cavity when I didnāt, and they didnāt even clean my teeth. I will be contacting Groupon and my bank to get my money back.

Waited 2 hours past my appointment time to have my teeth barely brushed by the receptionist not even a technician. They say polishing your teeth is what they mean by a cleaning which is not like any cleaning Iāve ever gotten from a dentist. Donāt go here itās false advertising.
