Instructors use advanced combative and self-defense techniques to tone bodies and create fighting machines in mixed martial arts classes for adults. Instructors also teach adults self-defense during krav maga classes, which show how to break free from chokeholds and exploit an enemy’s vulnerabilities. Karate classes help kids develop stronger bodies and self-confidence while teaching them how to deal with bullies and set goals.
Currently, the studio holds classes on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday nights, and Sunday. They also may add more sessions based on student needs. Click here to view the class schedule
Elite Martial Arts of Colts Neck
Sensei MJ Singh shares the benefits of his extensive martial-arts training with students both young and old. During his karate for kids classes, Singh provides high-energy fun for tykes as they master not only self-defense, but also self-discipline, which may give them the fortitude to complete schoolwork and staring contests against teddy bears. For teens, he blends the techniques of western boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jujistu, and muay thai into a comprehensive mixed martial-arts class. He also welcomes parents to train alongside their kids. If adults seek a full-grown fitness regimen, they can enroll in cardio-focused fitness kickboxing classes or take krav maga self defense, which was developed for and by the Israeli Defense Force.
