What You'll Get
The soreness caused by exercise is actually just the pain of your old muscles being torn as thousands of butterflies hatch inside them. Transform yourself with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $59 for one month of iSweat fitness classes (a $299 value)
- $89 for two months of iSweat fitness classes (a $598 value)
The iSweat program recharges fitness regimes with 45- to 60-minute workouts held five times a week. Each group class consists of a 10-minute warm-up that usually incorporates foam rolling, followed by a series of strength and cardio circuits. Once patrons have exhausted muscles with the exercise bands, free weights, and their own body weight, they cool down and stretch. The program culminates in a strength, endurance, and flexibility test, as well as a measurement of body weight and fat for comparison to stats taken at the beginning of the course.
Held at three locations, iSweat classes meet Monday–Friday at 5:30 a.m. Later risers can participate in the 6 p.m. Monday–Thursday class, which is offered in conjunction with a 9 a.m. Saturday class at the main Fitness Edge site on Perimeter Drive.

About Fitness Edge
The trainers at Fitness Edge simplify physical wellness by assembling all the building blocks for healthy living in one place. In addition to meal planning and personal training, their iSweat program – formerly known as Adventure Boot Camp – devotes a solid 20 days to completely reinventing bodies. With sessions held five days a week, the regimen builds strength and endurance through a series of circuit training workout. The dynamic group classes wrap up with a final weigh-in, test of athletic ability, and pat on the back for anyone with enough breath left to whistle the national anthem. Trainers also help out existing athletes with sports training designed to improve play at game-time while simultaneously warding off injuries.
