Few issues - first didn’t want to honor the Groupon, saying mine was drop off and pick up however the entire Groupon says pickup and delivery. Clothes were returned half folded, some things inside out, or half inside out while folded, not even remotely uniform folding even within the same bag. Had to match several socks on my own. Wrinkled. I’ve used Laundry Care locally and they have better non-Groupon rates for wash and dry with pickup and delivery, and folding is crisp, clearly using folding boards, nothing was inside out, wrinkled, etc. I wouldn’t use Columbus Express Laundry again, especially not at a non-Groupon price.
