Q:

Hi we are from the UK hoping to do the trip on march 5th are we able to book this through this site also staying at the venetian were would be the nearest pick up and at what time our 1st visit to vegas

susan b.  asked on  Feb 1, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, you do have to call our office in order to schedule a tour. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It does look like we currently have availability on Tuesday, March 5th. Make sure to have all of your groupon numbers and corresponding barcode numbers ready before you call. This would mean if you bought two groupons, we would require four numbers. Your closest pick up would be the Treasure Island at 6:10am. The receptionist will give you more information about where to be precisely when you call and book. Our number is (702) 384-3325. Have a good trip in Vegas!

Q:

Do you have availability for two persons on February 14th Valentine's Day? As we are travelling from overseas, can we book the tour and schedule the date online via email or your company website? If we would like to do the skywalk, do we just pay for the activity as separate on the day? Thanks.

Helen W.  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

A:

Yes, we do run on Valentines Day and we do have availability at the moment. You would need to book seven days in advance. Unfortunately, you do have to call to schedule a tour. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Skywalk is not included in any of our tours, and it an additional $35 a person if you choose to do that.

Q:

If I take this tour, can I have a window seat for sure? Also, does it happen that the tour is cancelled for some reason or another? Is it also possible to combine the bus tour with a short helicopter ride near the canyon? How many hours to we stay at the Indian village and how long do we stay at the canyon, near the glass bridge? I would like to walk on it and take pictures if possible. Thank you

Nancy L.  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a window seat. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis so you can have whatever seat is available when you get picked up. If you have to have a window seat, you can schedule a pick up at the Golden Nugget (which is our first pick-up). We do cancel tours based on bad weather, but that is rare. We only cancel if the conditions are dangerous to drive in. You can go on a helicopter at the Canyon, but you would need to purchase it from them at $195 per person. You stay at the Canyon for three hours and can stay at the Indian Village and Skywalk area the whole time if you would like. Once you get to the Canyon you are free to move about at your leisure as long as you are back at the bus by the time your guide specifies. The Skywalk, however, is NOT included in any of our tours and is an additional $35 per person. If you need more information, feel free to call us at (702) 384-3325! Thanks!

Q:

If someone in the party is minimally handicapped would they still be able to walk along the trail? Is there something to hold on to?

Adrienne R.  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, there are no guard rails at the West Rim. Also, the ground is gravel and rock and it is not level. The member of the party would need to be able to get on and off the bus, and would most likely need help in order to walk. Our company does not go to the South Rim, but if you required handicap access the South Rim would be your best option. They are wheelchair accessible and are a national park, which includes paved walkways and rails.

Is there availability for February 8th?

Adrienne R.  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

Q:

What is the hop on off legacy tour?

tomas f.  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

A:

When you arrive at the Canyon there are different parts you can visit. For example, Eagle Point is the location of the Skywalk and Guano Point is a location with a spectacular view of the Canyon. The hop-on, hop-off tour is basically buses that run every 15 minutes to take you from point to point.

Does the tour depart daily? I am interested in Saturday, March 2. What is the closest pick-up to the Cosmopolitan?

Kechia W.  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

We run everyday except for Sunday. We do have room on the second of March, and your closest pick up would be the Monte Carlo. If you need more information, feel free to call us at (702) 384-3325! Thanks!
