Worst customer service EVER!!! Signed up for 3 month subscription, got first month and an e-mail that the second had shipped but no package showed up. Looked at tracking info online and it showed the package was never delivered, stuck in limbo somehow. Notified Comic Bento and they told me to contact the shipper and find out what was going on! When I called USPS the estimated wait time was over 1 hour. I'm not going to sit on the phone for over an hour! I paid you to get a box to me (your 1 job... YOU figure it out, just get it to me!) When I contacted Comic Bento back to let them know what was going on I got NO RESPONSE. I have now sent 2 E-mails since my initial one and still no response. Do not order from these people it is a WASTE OF MONEY you will get completely RIPPED OFF.
