make sure food is hot ...fresh not reheated. This may be difficult to achieve because of the buffet style but we were the first ones there in morning for lunch buffet and food was reheated and rather dried out. still concept is great since in my family there are many dietary restrictions

sad that they are now serving chicken and seafood, was looking forward to finally not having to read the menu to see if the dish had dead animals in it. over all, happy to have somewhere to go for good food without carcasses in it.
