What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our pastry selection changes based on locally available produce and we always use organic flour and whole grains. We specialize in sourdough bread and bake it in our stone oven, creating loaves reminiscent of European breads with more flavor and nutrition.
Of the products you sell, which are your favorites?
Our rosemary and garlic loaf is a favorite and we brew cold-brew iced coffee in house. We change our sandwiches daily and make them using local cheeses and fresh veggies.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to create a product we would consume and which would allow us to put our values into practice. We believe in organic agriculture, local food economies, and person-to-person interactions. Baking has allowed us to build a community of people that love what we do.
What do you love most about your job?
Working in the kitchen with fermentation and quality ingredients, getting to know regular customers, and working to make a cozy shop.
