He did a really good job however if you only intend on using your groupon, read the fine print, you one get one room even if it’s much less than 200 sq feet which is totally fine however he’s super feisty if you don’t want to pay more to do other rooms. Maybe let him know ahead of time you only want what the Groupon covers so he’s nicer.

I just used these guys to touch up the grout of one of my rental units I manage for my owner. They did such a good job! I am able to rent the unit a few days after their work. They did such a good job, I’m going to recommend the owner hire them to touch up their personal residents too. Highly recommend HomeServies if you wanna give new life to your home or rentals.
