Four-week boot camp regimens begin every six weeks. Before starting the CrossFit membership, clients must attend a session on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. or Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. to ensure fundamental movements are performed safely.

Compound Crossfit's certified trainers help clients achieve their personal fitness goals through CrossFit classes and personal-training and boot-camp sessions. CrossFit courses challenge participants with a new workout each day, and personal-training packages hold guests to objective benchmarks with a regimen of nutritional counseling, conditioning, and monthly progress tracking. The team also offers wedding fitness packages to help clients reach their weight-loss goals before they walk down the aisle or ceremoniously crowd surf at the reception.
