What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It began with a few family members and friends who needed computer help, and then continued to evolve into a rewarding way to make technology accessible and enjoyable for people.

What do you love most about your job?
The interesting people we meet, and the dynamic nature of technology makes us always adapt and grow to adjust to our clients' needs. There is a very personal and often emotional connection people make to their technology, and we are honored to share in that experience.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Being told we were a person's "hero" (which has happened more then once), or being told that our clients' children wished to someday engage in the same profession.
