What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Whenever I would go for computer repair I found I was paying more to fix the computer then I was for a new computer. I am trying to make it my mission to change this.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and helping them save money while working on the things I love to play on.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a customer lapse on their maintenance agreement one month and they called me up the next month saying "we should have never tried to save in this way, we need you back immediately."
