David BenMoshe is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with expertise in Functional Movement Screening, Corrective Exercise, USA Weightlifting, Strongfirst Kettlebell instruction, and Yoga. BenMoshe creates customized workout plans for each client through a combination of various fields of training.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
David BenMoshe strives to educate clients on the reasons behind the exercises assigned to them. Once a client understands how his actions and habits are helping him move closer to a set goal, the client becomes more motivated to keep making progress towards it.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Conditioned Perfection resulted from dreams of a personal training approach outside of the big box setting. In a small setting, BenMoshe truly has full control over the movements and potential distractions that his client may come in contact with throughout a session.
What do you love most about your job?
Providing personal help is an incomparable and abundantly rewarding feeling. Visually and verbally explaining the anatomical process needed to create a client's desired end result, allows clients to become more open to slowing down, taking the required physical steps, and creating their own futures.
