Hygienist seems pressed for time. Wore a N95 mask with one strap only, hence it was leaking and crooked. Cleaning was quite rough and vigorous and suction tube was jammed in hard so kept hurting. No break given despite me saying that my jaw was sore keeping it open. After polishing, did not floss till I complained that the polish was stuck between teeth. No fluoride given despite the ad till I asked for it. Teeth look clean though.

I went here for teeth cleaning, from the time I came to the door, fill out the medical form, and clean the teeth till I finish is not even 40 minutes, she is nice but to rough, when she did the clean it’s very painful, I have to tell her so many times. So if you can’t take the pain (I mean very pain) than this is not the place for you.
