What You'll Get
Making food from scratch typically requires advance preparation, adherence to a recipe, and your third and final genie wish. Save the third wish for more wishes with today's Groupon: for $15, you get $30 worth of Latin fare at Conga Latin Bistro.
Conga Latin Bistro couples lively, dance-fueled late nights with a menu drawn from a medley of Latin cuisines. Preempt move-busting with house specialties such as the wine-sauce-soaked tenderloin steak and scallops ($16.50) and the zarzuela de mariscos—saffron-suffused seafood stew packed with a clown submarine's worth of shrimp, crab meat, calamari, and halibut ($19.95). Meat dishes such as pernil, a Puerto Rican–style roast pork served with plantains ($9.95), and the brandy-kissed pollo Isabel ($10.95) supply protein-rich mains, and desserts include flan ($4.50) and rice pudding ($3.75).
Dance-minded adults can frolic in Conga's salsa sandbox, which accommodates hot heels until 2 a.m. every night of the week. Dancers can also take in live entertainment during special events. After 9:30 p.m., Conga Latin Bistro's casual dress code goes into effect—make sure to read the guidelines and come dressed accordingly; improper attire will result in denial of entry, no exceptions.

About Conga Latin Bistro
Since the end of the 20th century, patrons have regularly flocked to Conga Latin Bistro to dine on Nuevo Latino cuisine and dance the night away. The multilevel venue houses three main areas decorated with various themed design elements, including murals of colorful congas, conga-shaped floor patterns, and massive congas that stand well over 6 feet tall.
While munching on unique combinations of Latin flavors in the bar-equipped dining area, patrons may gaze deeply into the eyes of a stranger or upon one of many 60-inch plasma TVs. Home to a dance floor and booming sound system, Conga Latin Bistro's downstairs lounge hosts nightly dance sessions fueled by salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaetón, and cumbia music. The venue also invites flamenco dancers to stomp and twirl about during shows on the last Thursday of every month.
