Of all the emotions that art can provoke, joy might be the most precious -- and the most fleeting. But now, the Congressional Chorus aims for an entire evening of euphoria with its groundbreaking new concert, Living, Laughing & Loving: Celebrating The Circle of Life Through Song, Poetry and Dance. This dynamic, multi-sensory program unites the 85-member Congressional Chorus with performers from Joy of Motion Dance Center, Afromoda Dance Theater, Capitol Movement, spoken word artists from American Youth Chorus (AYC) and the NorthEast Senior Singers and a live 10-piece instrumental ensemble. Together, this incomparable group of artists will celebrate the "seasons" of life at the inspiring Church of the Epiphany. From poignant and tender ballads to toe-tappin' and roof-raisin' production numbers, Living, Laughing & Loving promises to be night of pure joy.
