Q:

I am going to get this subscription deal, but when it expires in 1 year, will I be notified for renewel or do you automatically renew it, also, once the subscription ends in 1 year, will I get the same price or be charged the normal subscription rate? Thanks.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. We do not auto-renew subscriptions. In the months leading up to your last issue, you'll be offered the chance to renew on your own. If you don't choose to renew the subscription it will expire. Regarding renewal rates, it is hard to predict the cost 1 year from now, however since we do not auto renew, you will have the option to decline renewal if you don't like the rates at that time. Hello and thanks for your order. When you follow the redemption process you'll see that you have the opportunity to enter your gift recipient's information. In the very first section you'll first enter your Groupon Voucher and then your information as the purchaser/gift donor. In the second section you'll see a checkbox. Do Not check the box.... You would only check the box if the order was for you and not meant to be a gift. Skip the checkbox and proceed by entering your gift recipient's information. Hello and thanks for your order. Ordering a subscription through this Groupon deal when you already have a subscription is no problem. It's treated just like a normal renewal. The CT Magazine system tries to electronically check the information you enter when you follow Groupon's redemption instructions. Occasionally the order can double, but it is easily fixed and you will never lose an issue (we'll see to it). When you redeem be sure to use your assigned voucher and enter the new order using the same name and address as you see on your most recent address label on the magazine (same spelling too). What we also like to offer is that you may also contact us when you finish the redemption process. Email me your order details and I'll send a reminder to the Fulfilment Center that your new order is meant to be added to a current subscription as a renewal. We're happy to step in and lend a hand.
