Q:

On the groupon it states that the offer expires on October 27th. Does that expiration date mean that you have to skydive by that date, or does it mean that you have to make an appointment by that date?

Kathleen B.  asked on  Sep 25, 2013

A:

Yes, you must jump by October 27th, however, if you make a reservation and are rained out you receive a rain-check good forever.

Q:

I wear glasses . Do you supply goggles? I am told the landing may be toughest part... What shoes should be worn? What is the fastest dates available to jump for 3 men if we book this week? Do you jump in Ellington.... CT or Mass? I know of possible broken legs .... But have you had any deaths?

M L.  asked on  Sep 21, 2013

A:

Yes, we supply goggles which you can put over your glasses. We recommend comfortable shoes like sneakers, something without heals or hooks. We have available times each Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday through the end of October. For specific times please go to our website: skydivect.com and click on make a reservation. We jump in Ellington, CT. As for injuries, skydiving is a high risk sport. We do everything possible to mitigate the risks, however, it is up to each individual to make their own decision. We have good quality equipment with all the latest safety updates. Our instructors are highly experienced professionals and we have a very good safety record. Ultimately, skydiving remains a high risk sport and it is up to you to decide.

Q:

What would the up charge be if I purchased the two person package but we also wanted a video and photos?

Annette P.  asked on  Sep 20, 2013

A:

The video and stills package is $120 per person. That comes with a couple hundred photos and a video edited to music. This is completely separate from the Groupon deal and unfortunately there are no discounts on the video package. You can decide to purchase this at your time of arrival if you want.
